NASLite Network Attached Storage

Just built a new system up. This is my first time with NasLit2+. I purchased the CD version and I'm trying to set it up. I think my floppy drive is connected and the green light comes on while NasLite boots and checks for a config file. I log in and go straight to the license key option (L). I enter the key and then go back and select the save options key. This appears to star and then bombs out with the following message: -

Saving NASLite-2 CDD Configuration Settings......gzip: /etc/ServerElements/cf/config.dat.gz :File Exists
gunzip: Short read
ERR_0A(FAIL)

Any idea what's wrong? Does the floppy need to be formatted first or anything?

Ttry booting from the floppy with a dos disk to verify it's working.

I got it working in the end! I don't often use floppies any more and it took me a while to get the cables right, a working floppy and the bios set up correctley.

Unfortunaly, it's all purely academic as I now realise that the SATA RAID controller is only a software RAID. I need RAID so I am using XP instead. That will teach me to read websites properly! Anyone want to buy my NASLite license of me
