Hi all,

I wonder if Server Elements offer support for their products? I found only "Questions&Comments" link and this forum.

I really appreciate help of all people posting here on this forum but I would like to get an official answer from Server Elements.

Thanks.

Hello Gord,

I assume you are referring to an “Official Answer” to your RTL8110SC post…

NASLite uses a monolithic kernel and is not compatible with kernel modules. Therefore, modules that are not included into the official kernel source cannot be added. As noted in the previous posts, supported hardware is listed in the Hardware Reference.

OK, thank you. In other words I have to use different HW if I want to use NASLite.

That is very bad news for me! What about NASLite ver. 3? Don't you know if it is going to support the RTL8110SC LAN Chip and if yes when it will be available?

Thanks.
