Yep,
I have flushed everything and even changed servers, so I have seen that change. Should it show in the system log too??? At least when there is an attempt??
I need to make sure the firewall allows ntp thru that would make the most sense if everything else is cool.
GATEWAY 192.168.5.1 Network Gateway or Router
TIME SERVER 202.191.97.131 Remote RFC 868 Compliant Time Server
But it always shows;
TIME SERVER IP LAST SUCCESSFUL SYNCHRONIZATION
202.191.97.131 UNKNOWN
----------------------------
I did check and the firewall is allowing ntp thru
----------------------------
Checked my firewall logs and naslite has made no attempt at port 123, I have a vonage voip that has and 2 wireless routers that have hit ntp..
Have I missed something?? Does it need to be close to local time or GMT? I'm assuming that if the time is too far off it will not even try to correct..??
