Hi,

I'm new to the NAS world. I'd like to build a NAS server for my office (one server and 3 client computers).

Actually, I have a XP Pro SP2 machine with dual channel RAM and SATA1 / RAID 0 on a Gigabit LAN that is acting like a server and one client. The computer was built for speed and is quite fast.

I'd like to test NASLite on one computer in order to see the server speed and to get used to NASLite before actually installing on a Sempron 64, DDR2 RAM and SATA2 / RAID 1 server that I'll build.

The question: if I buy, install and activate NASlite on the test computer, will I be able to activate it on the server?

Best regards
