NASLite Network Attached Storage

I would like to make full use of the hardware monitor features in NL2, but I'm not sure what the motherboard in the NAS has to have in order for it to work. Right now I only get the power button status.

Will a Dell 500SC support temperature and fan monitoring? I just got one to play around with, that has a 1.13Ghz PIII and 384MB ram. The board I'm using for the NAS now is a socket 370, I think it's a DFI CA64-TC.

If I do decide to upgrade my current NAS hardware by moving it to the Dell, will I be able to get a new unlock code, or will I have to buy a new copy? I know I was able to get a new code after uprading just the CPU, but what is the limit to what I can upgrade before I can't get a new code? If anything, I'll be upgrading the NIC to a gigabit card soon.
