Mins is perfectly accessible from my XP PC.
-Try \\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (whatever IP address it has assigned)
-Is SMB/CIFS service enabled?

Are your clients members of a domain or are you using a workgroup?

P.S. Another thing, after seeing the screencaps you emailed, it may be a firewall issue. In many cases you’ll have to explicitly allow access to a new resource.

On a number of occasions I have had XP systems in a workgroup return that "\\<servername> is not accessible, etc." message and traced the cause to the XP system allowing a default user with no password at startup.

If this is how your XP systems are configured, you could try adding a password to one and see what happens.
