NASLite Network Attached Storage

Just setup my first server. I was surprised by who easy it was. Using an Asus P4P800 with USB stick to boot. Currently have four drives (2 x 80 gig & 2 160 gig) on 3Ware 7500-4 configured two raid 1s. Will setup a raid 5 using Adaptec 2610SA and six WD2500REs. Plan is to have five drives in the raid volume with a hot spare.

I added the Adaptec 2610SA and six WD2500REs but NASLite does not see the array. The 2610SA works OK under a quick install of FreeNAS (FreeNAS looks very difficult to setup and is slow)
