A number of us have asked the same question and the answer is maybe according to Tony. I for one would like it if they did. I bought the Suite the last time and it has proven to be a good thing to have a number of options when it comes to the boot media. Tony, Make it so! Please?

any update on if naslite 2 server suite will be avaialbe?

i desperately need it for an upcoming project. i need 5-6 naslite OS for the machines, and i dont really want to pay the 6*$29.99 Price.

You can get 35% price reduction on additional licenses by using the upgrades page:

Currently we are not planning on offering a v2 suite. At any rate, we cannot offer a NASLite-2 suite until HDD is out. Once all three v2 products are in sync, we may reconsider.
