I paid for NasLite-2 CDD but have not yet received the download link. While this is frustrating I have been reading these forums since and it appears that NASLite-USB will better suit my needs rather than the CD version.

Is it possible to change my order to the USB version since I have not yet received the CDD version link yet?

You paid via PayPal with a eCheck, this kind of transaction takes up to 4 days for the funds to clear and PayPal to transfer the funds to our account, at which time a download link is issued.


If you can't wait, you do have the ability to cancel your order, for instant download you must pay with a credit card.

Damn! I didnt even realise I paid via eCheck - I just spoke to Paypal now and they saisd there was no way for me to cancel the transaction through them (at this stage) however you may be able to deny it from your end.. Is it too late for this? Can you deny it?

If so I will resubmit a payment via CC for the correct software.

Awesome - thanks Ralph. Have already gona ahead and purchased via CC and have the USB version downloaded. Thanks for all your help :)
