I already have it, converted my USB version to a bootable CDROM version so I could use it. Now the HDD version, that is another matter. WHEN? HURRY, NOW!

Just curious, why did you do that? Why not just run it as the USB version?

You still need the USB key to save the config to, the CDD version doesn't require a USB key, just a floppy to save the config.

My box would not boot from a USB key but after the NAS OS was up it read/writes just fine to the key. So....The CDROM version was released by me to me a few months early. :D I don't like floppys, they are crap now days.

I'm also looking forward to the HDD version. I have purchased a MaxAttach from eBay that is just begging to be put to use.

The MaxAttach is all most the same as the Intel InBusiness Starage Station. It would be super to have NASLite-2 HDD version boot in that. If you can get it working on your MaxAttach please let me know?

If NASLite-2 HDD is like a image for a hard dirve. Sort of like a ISO for a CD it my work in the MaxAttach or ISS. All they have is a Ethernet port. They have a RS232 too if you open it up.
