I installed ver 2-USB. I had entered my license key and was rebuilding a linux drive ported from another system. The power went out (UPS was not connected yet). Trying to reboot, I get a message that I have a "Bad or Missing USBASPI.SYS file and boot sequence terminates. The USBASPI.sys file is on the floppy. I make a new kicker disk. This time "Can't load BDOS" is the error. Same thing again. What is the problem?

I remember having a the same problem, months back.
The floppy worked on another PC so i assumed it was the drive. but when I tried the drive some time later it worked. maybe on its way out

anychance you could swap drives?
