NASLite Network Attached Storage

Well, I admit I'm more than a bit annoyed! After reading the hardware specs, and determining that my hardware was supported, I purchased the product ... only to find that the hardware specs are WRONG, and the 3ware 9500s-8 is NOT, in fact, supported or even recognized by the software! Is it that tough to simply update the flipping hardware specs so that they are correct????

My point exactly!!! Foolish of me to actually believe the published specs for the software! If it's a known problem, why not correct the specs so that people don't waste their time and money?!?

Unfortunately manuals sometimes do have errors, this is why we created this forum, so users can get the most up to date information and ask questions.
