Just a note:

A few people are reporting drop of performance with v2 as opposed to v1 on the same or similar hardware. NASLite-2 uses the same drivers as NASLite+, with a large number of additional drivers necessary to accomodate the newly supported devices.

It is very important for people to understand that hardware driven by NASLite-2 can only work and/or perform well if there are NO shared IRQs alocated by the BIOS. It is not wise to just plug things into the PCI slots and expect them to work out of the box. It is very important to understand your hardware and the associated BIOS settings. On some boards, ACPI takes over control of IRQ resources. Although that is usually a good thing, some implementations tend to suffer greatly from improper management of those resources. In such cases it is better to disable ACPI completely. If a NIC or a storage drive interface uses a shared IRQ, performance will most likely drop drastically if it's going to work at all.

Always make sure that your hardware is properly configured and nothing is left to chance.
