I have a mobo that has two IDE channels and two SATA 150 connections. Can I use them all with NASLite-2? Will they all show up as available drives?

The IDEs for sure. For sata it is pretty likely depending on whether NASlite-2 has the drivers for the particular SATA chipset used by your mobo.
