How long does it usually take to get the product download emailed? I've been researching my NAS project for about 6months, and got to the point today that I was ready to download the software, paid by paypal, then I've been sitting waiting.

Frustrating when I set aside the day to get all the hardware and software configured, and for some reason I can't get the software, even after I paid.

I resent your download email, please verify any spam settings you have. Also, in the future emailing us directly would probably get a quicker response and resolve to your issue, we don't monitor the forum every hour.

Thanks Ralph. I did email last night to the sales email, but it bounced back to me after trying to send for 4 hrs. After I got your email I went in to try the download and your website was down. I was able to get in this morning and get the download.

How many of these posts do we need to see before you make a sticky with instructions how to resolve this? 'Search the forum' is not a response, your customers obviously dont work that way. Wouldnt it make more sense to customize the support system to match your customers needs?
