Send an email to sales@serverelements.com and provide all your information, name, address etc that you used to purchase naslite so we can lookup your account.

schwartznet,

you sent it to the wrong place, you sent it to ralph@serverelemets.com it should have gone to ralph@serverelements.com The last version of the server suite was 1.5, if you wanted v2 you wouldl have to pay the full amount.

So let me get this straight if you pay for the Nas SUITE which is the most expensive one you still cant get upgrades ? Sounds like a rip off

Hi schwartznet,

There are no upgrades to V1.5 as far as I am aware v1.5 is the final build.
its not broken and does what it says in the specs for the OS.

V2 is a new version and vastly enchanced with some great features.

If you purchased the suite and then v2 comes out then you can't really expect to get this for free.

I am sure if it was a rip off there would be more of the same as your post, and since its release this is the first I have seen.

Hey schwartznet,

When you bought the thing however many moons ago, you obviously got the software and the corresponding license. On the page where you got those, it states 6 months or 6 downloads. Those are and have been the serverelements.com terms since I bought my first copy of + in 2004.

Ripoff? Hardly dude. The software you got however many moons ago is just as relevant now as it was when you got it. So what exactly is your problem?

after all we are talking $29.95, £15.33 pounds here. its not a great deal of money. I am sure most would consider it really good value for money!

When you look at the prices you will see the guy got a bargin.

NASLite+ for USB Flash v1.x CD-ROM $24.95
NASLite+ v1.x CD-ROM $24.95
NASLite v1.x Floppy Disk Utility CD-ROM $4.95 (current price!!)

NASLite Server Suite v1.x CD-ROM $34.95
Contains all the above.
And thats not forgetting the discount on future purchases.
