NASLite Network Attached Storage

ServerElements support or Admins: About a week ago I wrote messages to online customer support and, later, Customers Questions&Comments and have yet to receive a response. Possibly my ISPs spam filter is being overzealous?

At any rate I bought, but did NOT install, a copy of the NanoNAS floppy distribution to upgrade my NASLite1 floppy distro but have found that the NASLite-2 CDD distro would be more appropriate as I use ncftp scripts to backup a few PCs to my NAS box. Thus I need the NAS box to be running ftp.

Is there a way I can use my purchase of the uninstalled NanoNAS floppy as a credit to purchasing the NASLite-CDD distro ?
