Cybergan,

I think Tony fully explained our position.

Frankly, I find it troubling you are unwilling to provide proof of purchase with the Paypal receipt email.
In the many years since we formed this company, and the 10's of thousands of sales, this is a first.

Yesterday I sent an email to billing@cybercon.com which was used to purchase, asking if the transaction was authorized, there has been no response as well.

I have sent both of you Paypal payment ID number. If you don't believe the transaction was authorized, just refund and be done with it. This is my last post.

Ok, this should resolve this situation one way or another.

Log into your Paypal account, dispute the transaction as "Non-receipt"

I will reply with the download link and then you can close the dispute.

After blocking our emails with no reason attached (Service Unavailable)
After no response from the email address used at purchase requesting verification of the transaction
After not providing us with the receipt Paypal sent them as requested

Our last step was to verify this purchase thru the associated Paypal account as requested, apparently this was unacceptable as well. We've refunded this purchase.

Since we are not so confident in your customer service, please just cancel the order and refund. Thank you.

Well Well, turns out we did have some fraud here, Mr. Cybergan was'nt quite truthful and did in fact get his link and downloaded it on 1/18 and continued for 3 days later saying he didn't.

I found this after I refunded his purchase, NL2 hadn't been unlocked yet, so guess he'll have fun with no shares available in his new NL2 box.

My error on this, normally I check this stuff before I refund.

According to Goooooooogle cybercon is willingly hosting spammers so I'm not surprised. It's azzholes like cybergan that waste people's valuable time. What a friggin pity!

Well, guess what, I apparently didn't hit the refund button correctly and the refund never went thru.

(See Cheating doesn't prosper)

I've escalated his refund claim with Paypal and provided log entries and a link to this forum.

Amazing
the things people do to save a lousy $30

At first I recognised his problem, I had trouble receiving the downloadlink to.
But after some email traffic back and forth with Ralph,
everything got straigthened out quickly and in a highly professional manner.

Cudos to ServerElements

As a member here for a time, it amazes me the audacity and sheer stupidity of some people. This person should move away from the computer equipment. Do it now! As for Tony and Ralph, the products are exceptional and the service is even better. You must know that the majority of your customers don't feel or act the way that cyberygan feels and acts. If he were my offspring he would be getting the belt right about now.

Thanks again for the great products!

Not really rehashing this discussion, but while I was reporting spam to SpamCop for Server Elements, Look what turned up in the reporting, apparently our friend Cybergan from cybercon.com included Server Elements email address for inclusion into their spam operation. And how about cybercon.com not accepting spamcop's emails, NICE!
