Have you formatted the rest of disk-0 and set it to RW?

Not over sure about this but I think that you want to first partition the drive for a partition of say 10MB and a second of the balance. Then install NL on the 10MB partition and configure the rest. You can also reconfigure the partition after install but I don't recall the name of the tools that will do this for you. The file system is EXT3 so it should be a fairly simple affair. Tony or Ralph or any number of the others here will be able to give you a bit better idea of what to do but this should get you thinking along the right lines.

The proper approach is to use the HDD installation utility. That will partition the drive as necessary and install the OS in the 8MB bootable partition at the beginning of the drive. The rest of the drive will then be available for formatting via the admin interface. While CDD and USB will not permit formatting of the boot drive, HDD will. HDD takes into account that the OS is installed and handles the task differently than CDD and USB would.

Anyway, just boot NASLite-2 HDD once installed and format all available space via the admin menu.
