Hi,

I gave my old naslite m2 system away to a family member as a replacement computer which they are using for their PC.

Naslite is not on that machine.

Now I built a new machine and installed naslite m2 on it but when I go to the http page to access an unlock code it tells me the system if has failed.

I am not using naslite on two machines, just one machine but because it is a new system it does not allow me to unlock it.

What are my options? I have already emailed tech support but not heard back.

Thank you

Could you give me a little more detail on what you see there, or post a screenshot.

On systems with a invalid unlock code, you will have the option to request a new one.

Ya, that wouldn't have worked.

Thanks for the update.
