Just wondering what the memory limits are for M2 and M2 x64?

Am I correct in assuming the M2 is limited to 4GB of memory?

Is there a limit for the memory a M2 x64 setup?

I just picked up another 8GB of Memory to add to my existing 4GB giving me a total of 12GB. My M2 setup only sees 4GB currently, so I am thinking of upgrading to M2 x64.

Thank you :)

Not sure but I think it is 16GB for the 64bit distro.

Hi Mike,

Thank you for the reply :)

$34.00 for 8GB (4x 2GB sticks) of PC3200R ECC DDR Crucial Server Memory was too good a deal to pass up on!
