Just built a Windows 7 (64 bit) PC. Installed iTunes 10.5.
It is on a network with my Naslite M2 (32 bit) DAAP server.
Song list loading and then disappearing in a blink.
As a sort of fix I can load songs into a library, but it's not behaving properly.
Can access fine from a Windows XP Home (32 bit) machine.
Is this a bug - something to do with 32 bit v. 64 bit?
Help!!

Hi,

I'm also having exactly the same issue. The list loads then immediately disappears.

My guess is that it is a change in iTunes as the previous version worked fine with Naslite M2 however I don't know what the cause is or how to fix.

Regards,
Geoff

Hi,

Today iTunes has an update to version 10.5.1.42 which fixes this issue.
The files on NASLite-M2 DAAP are shown and play as before :D

Regards,
Geoff

As stated in the above comment I am having the same issue, iTunes 10.5.2 (11) is update version and still is not working for me. iTunes opens I click my Naslite server (Nas DAAP) share but either it shows no music which is in the root of Media? OR iTunes either keeps searching or just blinks then closes.

Any ideas guys?

Thanks Lucas

I can confirm iTunes 10.5.2 isn't playing nice. Previous version of iTunes was tested and worked.

I'll be researching a fix and get back as soon as possible.

Thanks.
