I've searched and do not seem to have found the answer.

I have a 3ware 12 drive card with 5 x 1tb drives in raid-5 configuration.
Total array size is 4 TB or 3.6 something to be exact. When I try to format with naslite it takes a while, but only formats to 1.6 TB.

I live booted to Fedora live CD and formatted the array to 4TB ext3.

I used parted and set the drive to be gpt and not msdos (MBR) since that has limitation of 2tb and I want to format to 4.

Long story short the partition is ext3 at 4 TB, but naslite does not see it when booted and says "failed" for Drive-0.

Any thoughts or help would be really appreciated.

Thanks,
Vadim

Mounted right away with naslite 2.6.4

THANK YOU!!!!

One last question, if I was to reformat under naslite with "8" -format drive action, would it format to 4 TB or do we need to format in Live distro systems still?

Thanks,
Vadim
