I posted a question to the "live support" about a week ago and have never heard back. It would be horrendous to think that it is the community's job to answer users questions and solve issues. Has anyone else had trouble with Server Elements? I guess I will give it a couple more days then I will file an appeal with Paypal to get my money back so I can go elsewhere.

We at Server Elements will gladly help answer inquiries about the Server Elements software you are using. Inquiries about the hardware you are using, in this case IBM will best be directed to IBM.
