Hi all

Is there a way to refresh upnp media database without rebooting naslite?
The only issue I found is that way.

Is there a way with this http://ip_address:port/web/ushare.html ? if yes what is the default port us in naslite for ushare.

Thanks in advance for your help

How much content is in your media folder? If it's large, it will take some time to reindex.

Thanks.

No for the moment it's not large only 20 files.
I try to leave it working one night but it's the same, no change before rebooting naslite.

I have the same issue. I can add 1 new file under 500mb, do a refresh and let it sit for over 24 hours and it still won't show up on any of my devices. However, if I reboot, it shows up immediately. This is honestly my only 'sticky' point with the software. I hate having to reboot the thing every few days when I add new media files.

Though I don't use the indexing function with NL, I simply browse my directory where the music or movies reside, what about a work around like editing the index file?

Let me test this and verify it's working correctly, maybe we had a regression somewhere.

Thanks.

This is definitely the case. After each add I not only update the index, but I must reboot EACH time in order to see it.

FYI I'm using the XBOX method.

Verified.

UPNP Reindex Content is not working, NL-M2 needs to be rebooted in order to reflect new content.

I'll get with Tony on a fix.

Thanks.

Wow, thanks for the quick response. I really love the software and I'm glad I made the purchase. With service like this, I'm bound to buy updates in the future and continue to recommend your software to friends.

This has been fixed and will be rolled out in v1.62, hopefully this week.

Thanks.
