can take an hour or so for the link to arrive i think - believe its slower if you pay by any other method than paypal

check your spam filters - maybe the mail has been deleted

Does your provider use a mail filtering system? In the past, when people had delays receiving the mail, it was often due to spam filters. OTOH, they are very busy at the moment with the next versions that are in beta test phase...

Try dropping a personal message on the forum board. I'm sure you'll get an answer.

Regards.

you need to look at the spam filter for your inbox - its that mail that sounds blocked - not your outbox

Enter the email address used at purchase in the lost download link section to have your link resent.

Had the same problem as you. Bought a license on sunday, and monday came and almost went and still no download link.
Tried the "request download link" to get it resent, but only got an "invalid email" error. Tried to contact serverelements via their online form but only got an error there also.
Went to their webpage using IE instead of firefox, and in IE there was a "online support" button to the left in the webpage I could use to send a message to them. This "online support" did not show in firefox. It's everything but easy to get some support via the webpage to say the least :)

Luckily there was someone else in the other end and the matter got sorted and the download links were resent.
