I need the RTL8211CL network driver, is there any way to install it? I don't have the ability to add a different network card on my motherboard, no slots it's an itx motherboard with atom processor. All new boards are coming with this interface.

No, you cannot add drivers to NL.

If you have the new 2.6 version of NL, it may include your NIC drivers. Have a look at the supported materials.

I have 2.6 and it does not have recent NIC drivers

Well, the 2.6 version uses the latest linux core. That's all I can say. I'm not the hardware expert, sorry.

Are you sure you are using v2.6 (CORE3 based) ? That's not yet available for M2 (the section you posted in). Or are you using NL2 v2.06 ? ( I've confused 2.06 and 2.6 myself. )
