I'm stumped since neither Ralph nor I can seem to replicate this. What is the exit code that rsync reports? You can find it in the block above the log window and looks like this:

Code:
sent 118873 bytes  received 166050761 bytes  202275.88 bytes/sec
total size is 132566865163  speedup is 797.78
Close transport agent:        Code (0)
Mirror Details Log:           MIRROR LOG
Close Mirror Event:           Fri Jul 17 05:13:46 UTC 2009

It's the line that reads "Close transport agent"

I turned off DAAP and UPnP, saved and rebooted. The mirror works fine now. The _NL_SWAP file is gone. I really want to use DAAP, should I set it up differently?

Just make sure that your swap file is set to a drive other than your mirror and you should be fine. Log into admin, select 2 - Services Configuration, M - DAAP/UPNP OPTIONS, 1 - Swap Area Target. You should be able to select the swap area setting before you enable DAAP/uPnP.

now set the swap to Disk-0, turn on daap and upnp and you'll be set.
