Hello!
I am configure a new box (Asus P5QPL-VM with Celeron EI500 and D-Link Gigabit switch) and wondering about the best drives. I am looking at the WD Green 1 TB 32Mb drives, looking for 4 of them as a start and use one of them as a mirror. I would like your expertise on this forum to comment if this is good drives to use with NASLite? I will do backups in the night (mirror etc) and then I don't need the drives to be running on full speed all the time. I like the idea of the WD Green drives as they are low in power consumption and sound. During the day I will use them for media and saving images so they will run 24/7. I am also thinking of using external USB drives to be the mirror disks if the box get fried in some way or that you can put them away if needed.

Any thoughts on WD 1 TB Green drives with NASLite M2?

Thank you
Soren
