NASLite uses the e2fs file system, not FAT32. I'm guessing this is a drive that already contains data that you want to add to the NASLite box. NASLite looked at the drive and saw it didn't have an e2fs file system so it didn't mount it. The magic numbers and super-blocks are part of the e2fs file system.
To "correct" this, you will have to log into the NASLite box as admin and then configure the drive. This will reformat it as an e2fs drive and will erase all the data on the drive. When you reboot the NASLite box it will then appear as Disk-1 and be empty.
If you want the data that's on the drive now you will have to install it in a Windows machine and back it up. Once it's configured in the NASLite box you can then copy the data back to it over your network.
