I am very interested in NAS lite NFS and Samba service. I know that it it still not out, but i have some questions.

Is there any chance/interest in building in High Availability features into NASLite?

DRBD replication would be nice.

Does/will it support LVM disk management?

Active-Passive HA support would be tremendous.

I don't know how much you are limited by the 'floppy' as to what can be added. My opinion is that if it meant that these features could be added, I'd be more than willing to go to a bootable CD Distro with a floppy used for config data.

Thanks for your help.

HA, replication etc are all being discussed for the CDRom based release, as has been stated, the "lite" series is limited in features due to the floppy disk size.
