A point of interest and warning to anyone who, like me, uses Acronis True Image to backup to NL. I have used versions of Acronis True Image for 3 or 4 years without difficulties. However keeping up with 'progress' I scrubbed my 2010 version and installed a clean copy of ATIH2013. At first all seemed very slick and functional. However, I now discover that the NL shares are not visible or accessible to Acronis. I have complained to the vendors and registered a complaint on the Acronis support line, so far to no effect. Fortunately Win restore has put matters to rights and I am happily on the older version again. The Acronis Forum has many complaints about the same problem with other network storage systems, so beware and if you are a fellow sufferer, complain, please!
