Hallo all,

i formated an older HD (80GB) with NASLite and there was no problem.
I begin to store mp3´s at the disk, but after ca. 5 min. the transmission stops, in SYSLog i get 100 messeges with I/O error .......
( unfortunatly i havent save the logfile. )
I reboot NASLite and Disk-1 isn´t available. I also can´t format the disk.
( only can format fixed disk )
My second disk work fine ( sec.master 160GB ) but i also had a problem with this disk before as it was primaty master. It´s work fine but after i put it into an mobile diskframe my bios won´t recognize the disk goed and froze. I can´t get any disk working in the machine. But after i reflash the bios and take out the frames both disk´s were recognize fine and NASLite mount them. ( I format Disk-1 everything looks goed, Disk-3 wil show with all datas on it )
I had no problems with Disk-3 . But today i try Disk-1 for the first time and i lost it see above.
Can it be an hardwareproblem with my moterboard (IDE channels) ???
