Sorry for my poor english, i am brazilian.

First thing: Congratulations for your big software, it's realy great and amazing !

Second: I do a search about creating protected folders with password, but find nothing yet.

Please, i need help to create some folders on hard disk, but to access the files it's necessary close the folders to all users, only with password is possible to acces the data.

It's possible or not ?

TKS in advance.

There is no root account, so access to shell is impossible.

Hy Marcelo,

the only way to get password protected Folders is over external Software such as PGP/GnuPG oder Truecrypt to build encrypted Containers or something else like that.

Try using TrueCrypt to create encrypted folders which you can store on NasLite drives. We use this system on oursettwork to protect data. The encrypted folders are decrypted and mounted as local drives on the pc used to access them, but remain encrypted to other users.

They do not understand that: router is router only this.
Storage? With low hardware ? No doubt, only N.A.S !

Very good, realy good. I recommend.

BTW: Is there any problem put some reference about N.A.S. project on my Knowledge Base ?
